Sedamdeset, osamdeset, pa i više godina verno će raditi bez i najmanjeg odmora. Glavni uzročnici srčanih udara i kako ih izbeći/ Major heart attack reasons and how to avoid them

1. Treba održavati zube u bespre­ko­rnom stanju. Bolesni zuba, naročito prikrivene dugotrajne upale, vrlo su opasne. / Take care of your teeth! Ill teeth, especially hidden, long term inflammations are very dangerous.
2. Redovno merite krvni pritisak. Spavajte dovoljno, ali ne previše. / Check your blood pressure regularly. Sleep long enough, but not too long.
3. Ne uzimajte previše, svakodnevno i dugotrajno sredstva protiv bolova – ublažite uzroke tih bolova. / Do not take too many or way to regularly the painkiller products – instead, take care of the causes of pain.
3a. Izbegavajte dugotrajne i intenzivne napade držanja čudnih dijeta. Mediteranski stil ishrane, lagano i temeljno žvakanje i puno vode su sva dijeta koja vam je potrebna. / Diets? Avoid long-term and intense diet attacks, especially the weird ones. Enjoy the Mediterranean style of eating, chew thoroughly and slowly and have plenty of water to drink- thats all the dieting you need to do.
4. Redovno razgovarajte s doktorom i recite mu sve šta vas muči. Bez dovoljno podataka ne može da postavi pravu dijagnozu. / Talk to your doctor, he/she is a human being. Tell him/her what bothers you, since without enough information, the right diagnosis cannot be made.
5. Borite se protiv teskobe. Družite se s vedrim ljudima, gledajte i čitajte komedije, igrajte se s decom. / Fight the bad moods. Get friendly with the happy people, read and watch comedies and play with kids.
6. Izbegavajte veštačke zaslađivače, zašećerena pića, energetska pića i previše kalcijumovih dodataka ishrani. / Avoid industrial sweeteners, soft drinks and too many calcium supplements.
7. Bežite od dima i prašine jer osim pluća, i srce teško podnosi zagađeni vazuh. / Smoke and dust are to be avoided as well. Lungs and the heart equally cannot stand the polluted  air.
8. Iako preporučena, fizička aktivnost treba da bude razumna./ About the physical activity – I recommend it, but do keep it within reasonable boundaries.
9. Pažljivo sa naglim promenama temperature kada idu uz fizički napor. Previše topao ili hladan tuš može da bude posebno opasan. / Be wery careful with the sudden temperature changes when under physical activity. Way too hot or cold shower can be particularly dangerous.
